Mr. P. Thangavel
Tinkas Industries Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1993 by Mr. P. Thangavel, a visionary technocrat and MBA graduate. Initially, the company focused on IT sales and services under the name Origin Infosys Pvt. Ltd.
Over the time, he has expanded Tinkas Industries into multiple sectors, becoming a niche player in IT solutions, Infrastructure development, Device as a Service (DaaS) and Manpower outsourcing.
Today, Tinkas Industries has diversified its offerings to include Agricultural trading, Jewellery manufacturing and other emerging sectors

Mr. K.V. Seshasayee
A renowned leader in IT, Media, and Telecom, Mr. Seshasayee boasts over 50 years of experience in driving business growth and innovation.
Mr. Seshasayee has successfully founded and grown several companies, including:
- Vodafone Gujarat (valued over $3 billion)
- Hinduja Global Services (17,000 employees across 11 countries)
- Viom (world's largest independent cellular tower company, valued at $5 billion)
He has collaborated with partners from Israel, Thailand, USA, Singapore and Japan
Mr. Seshasayee has served as Chairman, Cellular Operators Association of India and Mentor, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad
He holds a Master's degree from IIT Madras and is a Distinguished Alumnus of Madras Institute of Technology.
Mr. Ravan Boddu
Mr. Ravan Boddu has over 30 years of international experience in software technology and management. He is the former CEO of iSoft and co-founder of Zanec Softtech, a company known for its innovative solutions.
Mr. Boddu has consulted for KPMG in the UK and spent over a decade in the USA with companies such as WorldCom, Dell, and HomeGrocer.com. He previously grew R&D Private Limited from a startup to 1,600 employees and contributed to iSoft, which develops healthcare software globally.
Mr. S. Ramesh
Mr. S. Ramesh is the Director of Operations at our TINKAS group. A mechanical engineer, completed his post-graduation with a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management.
He has 38 years of extensive experience with a reputable corporate group based in Coimbatore. Throughout his career, he has led various functions, including precision parts manufacturing, project management, and the marketing and trading of imported tooling products from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Austria, Japan, and Taiwan. He also possesses strong expertise in application engineering.
He is also well-versed in modern business techniques, including Total Quality Management (TQM) activities, policy deployment, and strategic business processes.
Mr. M. Kandamani
As a Director, Murugesan Kandamani leads the strategic and operational direction of Tinkas's Sales, Marketing, and Services. With over 40 years of IT experience, including international exposure, he has been instrumental in transforming Tinkas into a comprehensive end-to-end solution provider.
He joined the organization as the Head of the Support Division and has since taken on various leadership roles across different business divisions, effectively managing large-scale operations.
Prior to his time at Tinkas, Kandamani worked at Datec and Computerworld Fiji Ltd, both part of the South Pacific Onward Group, as well as at Digicon in Chennai
Mr. K.V. Nagarajan
Mr. V. Nagarajan Director - Support Services is an Electronics and Communication Engineer with an MBA in International Business, He has 35+ years of experience in customer care service delivery, engineering, design, operations and process management.
Before joining TINKAS, he worked with prominent organizations such as CADD Center, HCL Limited, Lucas-TVS, and Indchem Electronics in various roles.
